At Maha Autism Store, we are committed to delivering your specialized educational tools, sensory toys, and therapy materials safely and swiftly to your doorstep across Pakistan. Please read our shipping guidelines below to understand how we handle your orders.

 

1. Order Processing Time & Advance Payment

  • Advance Payment Requirement: Please note that a 50% advance payment is required to process your order, and the remaining balance is payable prior to delivery.
  • Payment Confirmation: Kindly forward your payment confirmation receipt or screenshot via WhatsApp using our provided official contact number so we can verify and confirm your order.
  • Processing Window: Once the 50% advance payment is verified, orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.
  • Working Days: We process and ship orders from Monday through Saturday. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays and national public holidays.

2. Shipping Charges

We offer reliable and transparent shipping rates based on your delivery destination:

  • Karachi: PKR 250
  • Rest of Pakistan (Out of Karachi): PKR 500

No Hidden Fees: All prices displayed at checkout are final and transparent, with no unexpected delivery surcharges.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: For standard deliveries across major cities (such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.), please allow 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote or outlying regions in Pakistan may take 5 to 8 business days, depending on courier network availability.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your package has been handed over to our courier partner, you will receive an SMS or email update containing your Tracking Number.
  • You can use this tracking number on the courier’s website to monitor the real-time status of your shipment.

5. Delivery Attempts & Guidelines

  • Our courier partners typically make up to 2 delivery attempts to your provided address.
  • To ensure a smooth and timely delivery, please provide an active phone number, complete street address, and nearest landmark during checkout.
  • If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unreachable phone number, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and a re-shipping fee may apply for dispatching it again.

6. Shipping Disruptions & Delays

  • While we strive to ensure on-time delivery, rare delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions, unforeseen logistics hurdles, or high-volume seasonal sales events.
  • Maha Autism Store is not directly liable for third-party courier delays, but our customer support team is always available to help coordinate and expedite your delivery if issues arise.
